How to make coffee

Aeropress

There's a billion recipies, but here's my go-to.

  • 16g coffee.
  • Grind medium-fine - 18-20 Comandante clicks.
  • Single filter paper, wet so it sticks to the filter cap.
  • Inverted aeropress, plunger half-way between the 4 and the end of the tube.
  • Add the coffee, then add enough hot-as-possible water to soak the bed well. Start the timer.
  • Swirl until all of the coffee is wet and moving.
  • Fill the aeropress up to the top with hot-as-possible water.
  • Add the filter cap and flip onto your mug immediately.
  • Give the whole thing a shoogle every now and then to knock the grounds down.
  • At 1:30 on the timer, press slowly, aiming to end the press at 2:00.

That's it. Don't even need a spoon.
