How to make coffee
Aeropress
There's a billion recipies, but here's my go-to.
- 16g coffee.
- Grind medium-fine - 18-20 Comandante clicks.
- Single filter paper, wet so it sticks to the filter cap.
- Inverted aeropress, plunger half-way between the 4 and the end of the tube.
- Add the coffee, then add enough hot-as-possible water to soak the bed well. Start the timer.
- Swirl until all of the coffee is wet and moving.
- Fill the aeropress up to the top with hot-as-possible water.
- Add the filter cap and flip onto your mug immediately.
- Give the whole thing a shoogle every now and then to knock the grounds down.
- At 1:30 on the timer, press slowly, aiming to end the press at 2:00.
That's it. Don't even need a spoon.
