Use this pan if you can. It's good.

Probably easiest to do the yorkshires first if you're doing a roast, then heat them back up for 5 mins before serving. Avoids panic and dicking about with oven temperatures 20 mins before serving.

Ingredients

This is for 4 roast-sized ones.

  • 70g flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 100ml milk
  • Neutral oil. Not olive.

Method

  1. Put a wee drip of oil in each tray divot - not much mind.
  2. Tray in oven.
  3. Get that oven hot - fan 250.
  4. Flour goes in a bowl.
  5. Beat in the eggs with whatever you normally use to beat eggs.
  6. Beat some more and add the milk gradually.
  7. Take the pan out and as quickly as humanly possible pour a quarter of the batter into each divot then slam that bad boy back in the oven.
  8. Oven down to 220
  9. Roast until they look like the sort of thing you want to pour gravy on and shove into your facehole.
