| 8 | +* 250g pasta - probably fusilli |
|
| 9 | +* 2 beef tomatoes |
|
| 10 | +* 2 cloves garlic |
|
| 11 | +* 1/4 to 1/2 tsp chili flakes |

| 12 | +* 1/2 lemon |
|
| 13 | +* 60g bag rocket |
|
| 14 | +* glug of olive oil |
|
| 15 | +* 300g cooked prawns |

| 19 | +* Get a big pot of salted water boiling for the pasta. |
|
| 20 | +* Roughly chop the rocket. Looks like too much, but it's not. |

| 21 | +* Chop up the tomatoes into wee bits, seeds, watery bits and all. Remove any hard white bits though. |

| 22 | +* Throw the chopped up tomatoes in a saucepan or big frying pan (big enough to hold all of the ingredients). |

| 23 | +* Crush the garlic in. |

| 24 | +* Chuck the chili flakes in there. |

| 25 | +* Glug some olive oil in the pan too. Maybe a tablespoon? |

| 26 | +* Fling a pinch of salt in as well. |

| 27 | +* Cook the tomatoes on a medium heat till they're not watery any more. Not thick, but not watery. Stir it fairly frequently. |

| 28 | +* Keep the tomatoes bubbling away and chuck the pasta in the pasta pot, cook for however long it takes. Maybe 10 min. Stir occasionally. |
