+There's a billion recipies, but here's my go-to.

+* 16g coffee.

+* Grind medium-fine - 18-20 Comandante [clicks](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UN1X4ELC3-o).

+* Single filter paper, wet so it sticks to the filter cap.

+* Inverted aeropress, plunger half-way between the 4 and the end of the tube.

+* Add the coffee, then add enough hot-as-possible water to soak the bed well. Start the timer.

+* Swirl until all of the coffee is wet and moving.

+* Fill the aeropress up to the top with hot-as-possible water.

+* Add the filter cap and flip onto your mug immediately.

+* Give the whole thing a shoogle every now and then to knock the grounds down.
